4. Restrictions
To protect the integrity of our products and the work invested into their creation, customers may not:
- Share, distribute, leak, or otherwise provide product files to third parties.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, transfer, or redistribute products in any form.
- Upload products to websites, marketplaces, repositories, Discord servers, cloud storage services, or file-sharing platforms.
- Claim any product, asset, build, configuration, setup, or included content as their own work.
- Use purchased products, in whole or in part, within products intended for resale or public distribution.

Any unauthorized distribution or misuse of purchased content constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your license.
5. Product Availability & Updates
ArsonSetups reserves the right to update, improve, modify, discontinue, or remove any product at any time without prior notice.
While we strive to maintain compatibility with supported Minecraft versions, ongoing updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.

6. Support
Support is provided for issues directly related to the purchased product.
Support does not include custom development, custom configuration, server setup services, plugin installation, compatibility with third-party resources, or modifications outside the original scope of the product unless otherwise stated.
Response times may vary depending on workload and support availability.
7. Limitation of Liability
All products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.
ArsonSetups shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, inability to use, installation, modification, or misuse of any product.

- Server downtime

- Plugin conflicts
- Software incompatibilities
- Configuration errors

- Business interruptions

8. License Termination
